The app is very easy to set up and use, looks great on my website and most importantly the customer service is great! I worked with Jennie and she was able to quickly address any questions I had and help solve any issues I was experiencing.

Dedicated support on fixing our specific issue. Big thumbs up to Jena, who's really responsive on assisting. Due to our customize theme, the label didn't show up directly, upon reaching out to support, Jena follows up in minutes. The team is really professional at problem-solving, whenever another problem occurred, they can quickly catch up and resolved correctly. Again, very satisfied with BSS, highly recommend!

Integrated with Warehouse 2.0, 4.2.3 and I couldn't get the badges to show on the product pages. It only showed on the collection pages. I opened a ticket, and Jennie had it sorted out within minutes. Wonderful service.

The app is very easy to understand and the support team is very quick in checking through issues for us to use the app in no time! The app's main functionality, generating and managing ecommerce labels, works well most of the time. However, I have encountered occasional glitches that caused delays and frustration. While these issues can be inconvenient, the silver lining is the outstanding customer service they offer. Whenever I faced a problem, the customer support team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They were patient in explaining to me the reason for some errors, and also resolved the issues within a 24H turnover. It's evident that they genuinely care about their users' experience and are committed to delivering top-notch assistance.

Easy to use and very customisable. Better than the inbuilt Shopify labels and badges.I like that the colours and styles can be customised.
