App is easy to use and even better if you have your own designer to make your own, personal labels. I had a problem with getting the labels to correctly work with my theme and their team was all over it with a 24-hour turnover for each ticket. Gigi was very communicative and Ta Cuong was super helpful & knowledgable.

This app is GREAT because it has so many options on how you can customize and display your badges. GiGi was phenomenal with helping me when I needed customer support and the tech guy Chu Thong got the request done ASAP. Thank you both for putting the finishing touch on my store!! Great app. From the outlook this app may not look that appealing to anyone who's looking for visually striking badges, but it does the deed. For badge apps, there're not so many choices out there. This app is just a perfect balance between reasonable price and good features. The interface is great, the support is very good as well, nothing can beat my fellow Vietnamese's support. And that is also something I'm very proud of using.

Great app that's quick and easy to use. Had some very critical store furniture created and added dynamically across my product catalog within minutes. The support offered is superb too... had a slight tech issue but resolved across live chat in minutes!

This app is probably the best one in what it does! I tried several but this one won me. It is fairly easy and straightforward to install and use it. It might give you some funky behavior because of the layout of the theme, but their support team has some very helpful and kind people that will fix everything asap!

I installed this app to add labels to select products to notify customers that an automatic discount is applied at checkout. At first, the feature was buggy and the labels didn't appear as configured in the backend. However, IT support Hoa and customer representative Gigi was very helpful in delegating and resolving the issue. They also helped me in reconfiguring the app when we are transitioning to a new theme. Thanking them both for spending hours in fixing this!

I just installed this app and I love it! I struggled a bit creating my own badge but reached out to support and got help immediately!! The support specialist assisted me until the badge placement was up to my liking! Very great quick, accurate and friendly service.
