I installed this app in an effort to increase sales conversions by adding badges to our collection, product and search results pages. I initially struggled with setting up the the badges, not the most intuitive app. However, Stephanie was extremely patient and helpful in helping to set up our product badges. I was having an issue with duplicate labels and I contacted the team. They revert very quickly and the problem was fixed within 24 hours. So happy with resolution and communication. Also it's a great app that can be customise to fit your branding. Highly recommended.

Just trialling the free plan for the moment and we encountered a few issues (it conflicted with the theme) which Gigi tirelessly liaised with her technician to fix it for us. She was friendly and replied so quickly. Very impressed with the customer support and happy that her team was able to turnaround the fixes speedily. I felt bad since I was only on the free plan but she assured me it was no trouble at all. I am sure the paid plan/s would be able to offer us so much more features as well at reasonable prices. Thank you!!!

Brilliant App for adding badges and labels to our products. Gigi is really helpful with any issues, and has sent over instructions on how to fix minor problems on more than one occasion very quickly. Definitely recommend!

This app is amazing, full of creative and attractive product labels. It's got some of the coolest sticker collections and its conditional logics to apply stickers automatically to products and collection is also very impressive. Their support is very friendly and instant. Hope to see more features and sticker collections in the app in the coming time :)

The app wasn't working with my customized theme but I reached out to the support team and they had their developer fix the issue right away! Everything looks & works great now! Great customer support!
