TA AI Product Labels & Badges

I've had a few issues getting badges and labels exactly as I want them because of conflicts with the custom theme we use but the support team have been fantastic in getting those bugs resolved quickly. Big thanks to Jennie and Dinh Trong Linh specifically!

Really simple app to use and navigate. Had some minor issues with the badge showing up in odd places due to my theme settings, but Jennie P. and Tran Duc Nam worked really quick to help solve my problem and they did a great job and had great communication with me.

Here are some of my objective comments about this Product Labels and Badges app after a period of use. In general, the app is friendly to users and has many interesting features. This app also provides vip support service for all customers. I seem to be quite satisfied with everything, except for a few minor display flaws. Therefore, I contacted the support team via Whatsapp for direct support. I met Jena in the support team, she helped me check the problem and found that the app was not fully compatible with the theme, she received and handled it quite quickly, even helping me to conclude all the problems so that no problem is left out. Then the technical department represented by dev Nguyen Kim Tung helped me to solve the problem in a moment. Really fast! I will definitely trust and recommend the support service above all else. Hopefully the app will continue to develop more features to truly become an excellent app, then I will be the first one to recommend for everyone :). I have been using this app to highlight our recycled fabric products and love how easy it is to use whilst keeping our branding on point. I recently had an issue with the labels not showing correctly on the product page. I contacted support and Jena along with help from their developer, Tran Duc Nam, quickly found and rectified the issue with no fuss. Thank you!

I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly. This app carries out what it promises to do. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. When we first installed it, I had a few questions and there were some issues that were blocking labels from displaying correctly. I contacted the support team represented by Jena Nguyen and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. She also asked the developer Nguyen Kim Tung to fix the issue really quickly. They were able to remedy the issue quickly and effectively, and they were able to do it within 24 hours of reporting it. Jena kept me informed at every stage and quickly reported any problems. Additionally, the developer was helpful to me. The app is now running perfectly on our site, and we are very happy with it. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app to anyone looking to display labels and badges on your products.

Easy to navigate, great look on my website and was pleasantly surprised when installing it. Added a few new badges and they really add to both the aesthetic and the function of my website. The ability to upload custom badges that match with your theme is very cool. Pricing is also on point, not too expensive. The value for money is excellent. The editor is also easy to use and manage and I love the fact that you can duplicate the badges. It saves you a lot of work. Got additional support by Jena Nguyen and Dinh Trong Linh on installing a few extra things the same morning. Their help was very friendly and considerate. The developer was able to help me the same day by installing a few things that would allow my theme and this app to match seamlessly. I hope the team will be bringing out more add ons and different apps in the near future. I will surely be the first to add them. The app is very useful and allow us to add labels to our product pages and collection pages. Really easy to use, with a smart user interface. Moreover, there is a super support team (Jena and the devs team - Pham Khanh Thien and Tran Duc Nam-), who quickly support the customers. We has requested their support for a small bug on our ecomerce and they solved the issue in less than a day. They are super reactive and we really appreciate their support!

Been using this app for a while now and so far absolutely cannot fault it at all. Recently had a slight hiccup where a label was showing incorrectly on a featured product block on our home page, however after reaching out to the support team, Jena Nguyen was extremely helpful and quick at lending a hand and Nguyen Kim Tung was able to fix our issue in less than a day. Jena, was also great at keeping me in the loop and updating me as to how the issue was being handled.

I have installed this application on the websites I have administered so far. I had a hard time installing and selecting Labels and badges, so I contacted the support team, and Jennie was a supporter who helped me. It was amazing, she guided me through every little detail, from how to upload the label, how to edit the size of the label, the position of the label and so much more. She was always available and answered all of my questions whenever I needed them. After choosing the label, there was a little problem with my label and Jennie quickly fixed it. I thought it would be done in a couple of hours but he fixed them in just an hour.
