This Product Labels & Badges app works really well, absolutely as described. Thanks BSS Commerce team. I have installed several apps with similar functionality and exactly this app was the one that worked best way. So I choose to use it furtherly. There were some small errors because of different Shopify theme I use (I bought it outside of Shopify theme store), but I contacted customer support and was really impressed how they treated my issue. Support represented by Jena Nguyen was great: I got replies very quickly, I was understood 100% correct way, no lacks of misunderstandings at all. Jena reviewed my situation from different points of view and offered 100% right solution for me. I would also like to say thank you to developers Nguyen Van Ninh, Nguyen Viet Trung and Nguyen Xuan Thong who resolved my problem by adding customized code pieces. The issue was resolved seamlessly and 100% the way I imagined, the way I needed and the way I wanted. In my opinion, this app is worth installing and its team deserve trust.

Since day 1 this app has brilliantyl solved all my requirements in terms of labels & badges. Simple and intuitive to use thank to a well done user interface with no bugs at all and with custom themes. Even when I needed some customization the support team was easily reachable and even more important competent and very fast in replying and making the required changes. I have installed this app on all websites I managed so far. The reason: easy to create simple or advanced logic to display labels AND outstanding support from Gigi and the tech guys: Tran Duc Nam, and Nguyen Xuan Thong. Do not get me wrong, the app is working well if you are using the popular Shopify themes. The dev team is amazing, smart and fixed all the issues within a few days which gives me the time to work on the logic/app configuration and so on. Not having to manage manually that, or buying another app to create a logic based on tags, is sooooo cool. Yea guys, it is more than just a simple app to apply a label. I have been very pleased by the level of customization and the user-friendly step-by-step label/logic creation process. It is really a good app that will answer all my client's needs for a long time (you do not want to mess with your website when you start to be successful). We received help from the dev Tran Duc Nam & Dinh Trong Linh and they always acted fast and very professional. Great product and amazing customer support. I had some minor problems when I upgraded to the advance plan, but thanks to the great work from Jena Nguyen and her developer Nguyen Van Ninh, they solved the problem within a day. I received quick replies and detailed information about the status. I really appreciated the effort. Furthermore, the features of this tool are great. You can create and optimize the labels as you wish and the mobile view is great as well. Overall an absolute 5 star product.

The Product Labels & Badges app is feature-rich and very easy to configure. We noticed significant increase in click-through rate and sales in the products that we have placed Custom Text Labels on the product thumbnails, in the Collection and Search Result pages. The Countdown Timer feature is especially useful and fun. The timers drove urgency during our flash sales campaigns. Sales up! Jena from the the support team and the developers from the tech team (thanks Nguyen Van Ninh and Phan Thanh Son !) were super responsive and helpful. They addressed our concerns by patiently looking into our codes and provided effective solutions in less than 2 hours! We love this app! It has so much potential. A fantastic software that performs exactly what we needed it to. We picked Product Labels & Badges because it provides you comprehensive customization and allows you to submit your own design. This software was also quite simple to use, which was a plus. We did have a minor issue/glitch with the app at first, but Gigi and their tech guys: Nguyen The Huy and Nguyen Xuan Thong were really helpful in resolving it within a day. I'm certain it would have been completed a lot sooner if it weren't for the different time zones, but they were on it first thing and kept me updated every day. One suggestion I would have for the app would be to add an additional area where you are able to adjust the padding/spacing from the edge when uploading your own label. BSS Commerce as this app was very easy to use, had a huge amount of ready made labels and looks great in both desktop and mobile versions of our website. Had compatibility issues with our theme and they worked on quickly resolving it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges. Thank you so so much!

We had some issues with the labels not showing on all the products however Gigi the supporter and Huy the technician was amazing to deal with. Very efficient in fixing the problem. Thank you

Label & Badge is a great tool, got a problem with my theme but the staff did help us very fast, I absolutely reccomend it, great support from Gigi,The Huy and Van Hoan. I like the feature you can customize it for different products and with a lot of conditions, especially the country restriction which can let it customize different badges for different countries and so on. Hope they will develop some other apps cool like this one.

My favourite badge app since we started our e-store. User friendly and most of all very dynamic. It keeps providing great updates each time. Chat support is also superb. Thanks to Jena for being so thorough in helping me out with my concern.

Love this app, super easy to use and it's great that you can upload your own badge designs. We have a large inventory and highlighting different features of our product categories is super helpful for our customers. There were a few issues when we first enabled some badges but Jena Nguyen from their customer support and developer Pham Ngoc Hoang were incredibly responsive and attentive and fixed the problem in no time at all! This app is very useful for my website. It's easy to set up and user-friendly. Once I had a problem with placing a badge, Gigi at customer support and Tien Loc, the technician were very attentive and patient with helping me. My website looks so much better and professional with badges. Highly recommended!
