The app works as intended, and customer support is great. we had an issue with our template compatibility and they helped us resolve it quickly.

A fantastic software that performs exactly what we needed it to. We picked Product Labels & Badges because it provides you comprehensive customization and allows you to submit your own design. This software was also quite simple to use, which was a plus. We did have a minor issue/glitch with the app at first, but Gigi and their tech guys: Nguyen The Huy and Nguyen Xuan Thong were really helpful in resolving it within a day. I'm certain it would have been completed a lot sooner if it weren't for the different time zones, but they were on it first thing and kept me updated every day. One suggestion I would have for the app would be to add an additional area where you are able to adjust the padding/spacing from the edge when uploading your own label. BSS Commerce as this app was very easy to use, had a huge amount of ready made labels and looks great in both desktop and mobile versions of our website. Had compatibility issues with our theme and they worked on quickly resolving it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges. Thank you so so much!

We had some issues with the labels not showing on all the products however Gigi the supporter and Huy the technician was amazing to deal with. Very efficient in fixing the problem. Thank you

Label & Badge is a great tool, got a problem with my theme but the staff did help us very fast, I absolutely reccomend it, great support from Gigi,The Huy and Van Hoan. I like the feature you can customize it for different products and with a lot of conditions, especially the country restriction which can let it customize different badges for different countries and so on. Hope they will develop some other apps cool like this one.

My favourite badge app since we started our e-store. User friendly and most of all very dynamic. It keeps providing great updates each time. Chat support is also superb. Thanks to Jena for being so thorough in helping me out with my concern.

Love this app, super easy to use and it's great that you can upload your own badge designs. We have a large inventory and highlighting different features of our product categories is super helpful for our customers. There were a few issues when we first enabled some badges but Jena Nguyen from their customer support and developer Pham Ngoc Hoang were incredibly responsive and attentive and fixed the problem in no time at all! Thanks team!

This app is very useful for my website. It's easy to set up and user-friendly. Once I had a problem with placing a badge, Gigi at customer support and Tien Loc, the technician were very attentive and patient with helping me. My website looks so much better and professional with badges. Highly recommended!

I bought and used this app for a few months, everything worked fine. But as soon as I added the seo.hidden meta-field, to hide some products from my website's search results, the labels and badges stopped working for these items. The support was of no help, and I currently have no solution. I will have to stop using this app.

They do a very well job here. We need label to show promotion, new arrival, and more thing. This app does!! Their team is very helpful as well, special Gigi. Very quick respond and solve the issue. Well done. Just one thing if they could improve is if they can make label in transparent back ground. Some times, the label is covered the item image little bit. Overall perfect!

This app is very helpful, instead of asking to our developers to setup a new functionality for custom label. The customer support team has been amazing Gigi as the supporter and Tien Loc as the technician helped us because we had an issue with some product labels which were not displaying on some SKUs, the fix has been done quickly.

I’ve been trying to use many applications thus I am always thinking about good and useful applications for webstore. This application is easier to add and display labels than others I used among various English-based applications on the Shopify app store. I recommend this application to whom need no/low coded and fancy designed and is non-English-speaker as me. It is easy enough to understand tools and functions even if you are on business in non-English-speaking countries. I have contacted with customer service when found some errors in displaying labels last week. A staff, Jena Nquyen, has been checking fully and supporting me very nicely. Furthermore, a developer, Nguyen The Huy, has been fixing errors right. I really appreciate your support.
