A perfect app that does exactly what we needed it to. We chose Product Labels & Badges as it allows for complete customization where you can upload your own design. This app was also super easy to use which was a bonus. We did have a small issue/glitch with the app at first, but Jena Nguyen and their tech guy: Nguyen The Huy and Nguyen Tien Loc were right on top of the issue and fixed it within a day. I'm certain it would have been completed a lot sooner if it weren't for the different time zones, but they were on it first thing and kept me updated every day. One suggestion I would have for the app would be to add an additional area where you are able to adjust the padding/spacing from the edge when uploading your own label. Other than that it's a great app! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges.

Useful, well thought out, simple and easy-to-use Shopify app. The UI won't dazzle but it does the job. But what stands out is the customer service and developer support, particularly by CS Associate Jena Nguyen and their developer Nguyen The Huy. Had compatibility issues with our theme and they worked on quickly resolving it.

They do a very well job here. We need label to show promotion, new arrival, and more thing. This app does!! Their team is very helpful as well, special Gigi. Very quick respond and solve the issue. Well done. Just one thing if they could improve is if they can make label in transparent back ground. Some times, the label is covered the item image little bit. Overall perfect!

This app is very helpful, instead of asking to our developers to setup a new functionality for custom label. The customer support team has been amazing Gigi as the supporter and Tien Loc as the technician helped us because we had an issue with some product labels which were not displaying on some SKUs, the fix has been done quickly.

Great app that saves a lot of time bulk editing across products. Gigi was very helpful and went above and beyond. Easy to use and navigate, with a lot of customisation options. Highly recommended to anybody looking to bulk edit or make their website stand out more!

I’ve been trying to use many applications thus I am always thinking about good and useful applications for webstore. This application is easier to add and display labels than others I used among various English-based applications on the Shopify app store. I recommend this application to whom need no/low coded and fancy designed and is non-English-speaker as me. It is easy enough to understand tools and functions even if you are on business in non-English-speaking countries. I have contacted with customer service when found some errors in displaying labels last week. A staff, Jena Nquyen, has been checking fully and supporting me very nicely. Furthermore, a developer, Nguyen The Huy, has been fixing errors right. I really appreciate your support. I hope that you will be able to make Japanese-text-designed labels soon. 日本の方がご参考になれば幸いです。 様々なアプリがありますが、Shopifyはそもそも欧米向けのプラットフォームなのでウェブストアにピッタリな日本向けのアプリは探しにくいと思われます。 このアプリは商品画像にラベルを簡単に付けることができます。 UIが直観的なのでツールや機能が簡単、コード編集も要りません。 日本語のラベルはありませんが、カスタマイズすることができます。 カスタマーサポートは英語のほうが通じやすいですが、スタッフさんがすごく親切でした。 もしラベル機能が必要でしたらこのアプリを試してみてください。

The app is good and easy to use. Support helped me fix it when I changed themes and it broke. There are a lot of badges to choose from but I uploaded my own. Its great.

I can't find any better app than it! Thanks to Gigi and Cong Thanh for their help, they are really patient and professional, help me to complete any details I want to modify, no matter where you want to put the bandage and label, they can do it!

the customer service agent Gigi is excellent, replying fast and helping me check our settings step by step with patience the features I like the most are country restrictions and exclude product tags, but if it can add the feature "exclude collections", it'll be perfect

Great product and great service. It has helps us open up to new markets and badge to customers what they can order in their area before finding out they cant order it at checkout.
