This app is very easy to use and cost-effective. After I configured it, I encountered a problem, contacted the customer service, and replied to me very quickly, and solved my problem very quickly. After extensive research and testing various apps, I can confidently say this is the best and most versatile app for Product Labels and Badges (hence the name). The functionality and customization options are well put together and simply work; great for any store. Due to the customization on our theme, we needed additional support. I reached out to their support team and they were incredibly quick and professional. Both Gigi (support) and Tien Loc (technician) assisted with additional customization that would be outside the general scope of work for most apps. They were quick, detail oriented, and asked questions I didn't even consider. I am truly thankful for their help and to have found this app. We have seen great results by providing key information to our customers, making both the shopping and user experience better.

App works well, and allows me to highlight some key selling features easily. I had a small issue with badges appearing in an odd place, but Amber and Hoang fixed it very promptly.

The app is great - does exactly what I need it to. Gigi was really helpful in fixing one issue I ran into in setting up the app - but now it's working beautifully. I highly recommend!

Everything works well now thanks to Amber and the technician Hoang. Although the problem shouldn't have occurred in the first place, they fixed it quickly.

We have been working with Gigi Nguyen (Customer Support) and Ngoc Hue (Designer) to develop new banners. Their response time and enthusiasm to assist us has been nothing short of excellent! This app offers very good features based on its pricing structure (we are using the advance plan) in comparison with other similar apps. The interface is intuitive and its easy to use. You can use it to develop your own banners and badges quite simply. Highly recommended!!

Free version works very well for its purpose and when i had issues their support team was responsive and fixed them quickly.
