Thank you to Stephanie and the team from BSS Commerce! They have been very helpful and efficient at helping me when we had an issue with the label not showing up in the theme we were working in. This app is probably the best one in what it does! I tried several but this one won me. It is fairly easy and straightforward to install and use it. It might give you some funky behavior because of the layout of the theme, but their support team has some very helpful and kind people that will fix everything asap!

I installed this app to add labels to select products to notify customers that an automatic discount is applied at checkout. At first, the feature was buggy and the labels didn't appear as configured in the backend. However, IT support Hoa and customer representative Gigi was very helpful in delegating and resolving the issue. They also helped me in reconfiguring the app when we are transitioning to a new theme. Thanking them both for spending hours in fixing this!

Just trialling the free plan for the moment and we encountered a few issues (it conflicted with the theme) which Gigi tirelessly liaised with her technician to fix it for us. She was friendly and replied so quickly. Very impressed with the customer support and happy that her team was able to turnaround the fixes speedily. I felt bad since I was only on the free plan but she assured me it was no trouble at all. I am sure the paid plan/s would be able to offer us so much more features as well at reasonable prices. Thank you!!!

This app is amazing, full of creative and attractive product labels. It's got some of the coolest sticker collections and its conditional logics to apply stickers automatically to products and collection is also very impressive. Their support is very friendly and instant. Hope to see more features and sticker collections in the app in the coming time :)
