The app is easy to use and we are happy how each can be customised. It took a few hours before the labels appeared in our store after we enabled them, but we are happy afterwards. Contacted the support team and they reached out immediately. We had a few problems with the labels displaying on our store and contacted customer support and they fixed the problem right away! Prompt customer support action is so essential and important especially if you have an online store! Superb customer support!

Really great app works like a charm, once had an issue and support responded very fast and fixed the issue. Would recommend! Jena Nguyen and our Tran Duc Nam quickly fixed the issue I had, so now it just works perfectly. It meets all my needs and at a very good price. It is the best app for product badges I have been able to find on the marketplace so far. Right now I'm using it across multiple stores, because it just works great every time. Definitely recommended!
