Very fast and friendly execution of my problem. I've had a loading issue for badges on a theme not many stores are using (Trade) caused by another app. Instead of telling me to delete the other app they helped me and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes! If that wasn't all, they also solved a different issue on my store unrelated to their app. Very pleasant experience, I really recommend this app.
