Rossie was an awesome tech support, resolved my banner issue in minutes. Much appreciated, did I mention I was working at 10pm at night too?! Looks like they have 24/7 support. :)

Customer Support at Deco is extremely convenient and reliable. I had communicated with a representative name Rossie and she respond immediately along with addressing/ fixing the issue. I feel comfortable knowing Deco is willing to help with unforseen technical discrepancy.

Amazing Support by Jane! This app is fantastic, but the support is even better! I needed a custom feature to display labels on all product variant images, and Jane helped me get it done within an hour. The technical team is very fast and efficient. I've used this app for years! The features are easy to use and integrate on any store. The premade designs also make it super easy to get customers attention for speedy checkouts. I highly recommend using this app on your storefront.
