This is not the experience we want you to have with DECO. Our technical team is already reviewing your case again as a priority. Since your store contains more than 1,000 product variants, the discount configuration requires a more thorough check to ensure it remains stable across the product pages, cart, and checkout. This may take a little more time, but we want to investigate it carefully rather than make any changes that could affect the configuration that is currently working. We understand that you have already set up a new configuration successfully. Our team will therefore be extremely careful and will not make any changes to your store without confirming with you first. We will keep you updated as soon as the review is completed. Great service, quickly and kindly response
John was very helpful. We use DECO for promotions, and it's been a lot easier than coding labels and badges on the backend; it's just simpler and more efficient. The only flaw is that sometimes the sizing and placement get lost and you have to re-adjust, but it does not happen that often.
