Rossie was absolutely amazing! She solved my issue very quickly and explained everything clearly. Super friendly, super helpful, one of the best support experiences I’ve had on Shopify. I've contacted the team on several occasions and received a great response. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable about their product. I've been impressed by their helpfulness. Just starting, but their support has been great so far.
