Great app to try and improve your website appearance and make products more identifiable! Most options that are most beneficial require you to upgrade, but the yearly expense is very minimal and so far worth it for us. The DECO team is very responsive and will even help you design custom labels for free! We would recommend the app to others.
The app offers a wide variety of label options and allows for full customization to meet all our store’s needs. It’s incredibly easy to use and integrates seamlessly with our theme. What impressed me the most was their customer support team—they are highly responsive, friendly, and resolved issues I encountered quickly. Overall, it’s fantastic!

App allows very detailed changes of everything relating to badges and labels, can either use their default images, or overlay with text / shapes and pick your own colour text and background. Positioning, sizing etc can all be done via px or percentage which is super helpful. Can also apply them to products, collections, status like new, and many more options. Most importantly, super fast support that resolved my issue (coding changes were made on their side super quick) Note: I changed over from another similar app that was giving me slow CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift issues) and PageSpeed issue, this app did not have any such issues. Very happy!
With in minutes of installing the app and raising a request I had Great super fast support from Tina and the DEVs. Fixed the issue in lightning fast time. Thats customer service. Thank You
Their developers broke the app 1 week before Christmas and caused major price discrepancies, caused a huge loss in sales and their supports solution was to go buy a different computer and try that. Worst app and even worse support. Don’t give these scammers a penny. Hope they go bankrupt.

Easy to use, have everything I need. Great Customer service, Jane was so helpful and friendly when I ask for support. Also it's free without any limitations like other apps - which is pretty amazing too
It offers a few great tidbits for an online store. It could include more, but the live chat box is extremely helpful and you can customize everything to tailor your needs, or just use templates if you're not very tech-savvy. Pretty good cost too, I'd recommend.
Excellent customer service! They respond promptly, answer all questions, and will customize the wording on a template to your liking if they don't have what you need. You really can't ask for too much more than that. I will be keeping them as an app for sure.
Rossie was extremely helpful in walking me through issues and had developers solve problems in real-time. I appreciate the help and am enjoying this app immensely!
