Wendy was able to get my problems fixed very quickly!
I've come up with an issue due to the theme we use, and Felicie was very quick to escalate this to a team to make some changes for us. Really good service - I and been trying to sort it for 2 hours myself and 5 mins on the chat and they now have it in hand.
The app is very easy to use, and the support team responds quickly to any questions. A big plus is the wide variety of badges, which can be displayed based on many different conditions.
The customer support is awesome! Tracy was quick to solve my issue, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Love this app!

I can't speak highly enough of the support I received from the DECO Labels & Badges team. The support agent, Hannah, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, immediately understood my requirements, and guided me through the process with clear, professional advice. What I thought might be a complicated task ended up being completely pain-free thanks to her knowledge, patience, and efficiency. Everything was resolved quickly, and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find. If every support experience was this good, life would be a lot easier!
