A recommendation from another merchant led me to download DECO. I have to say it really is the best and most convenient solution for creating great badges. For people who a) are not necessarily technically gifted or b) just want to save time, DECO is a great solution. Special thanks to Rossie for her unique support. I must say I've had a few support calls and received a lot of nice support but Rossie is by far number 1 - very friendly and very quick with information + screenshots etc. 5/5 definite recommendation

Good customer support. I got some problem for the app . Chat with customer services (Rossie) and she quickly responded in second and solve all my problems. It is at midnight. Great App and good Customer Services.

Have been using app's functionality for around the year now, it works perfectly fine almost every time, sometimes we have little issues with how labels displayed but support team very prompt and so fur has been able to solve everything in a mutter or 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Their customer service and dev team (my support (Sam) & our dev (Duke)) was so patient responsive and and helpful. I recommend this app. It does require a bit of experience with web development, but not developer level. Their developers were able to log into my account as collaborators and repair any bugs we had. I recommend them for a very novice small business operator which is what we are. Thank you!

I had the app downloaded for a while and hadn’t used it. Brought some limited edition things to my shop and thought it was a good time to use it. I wanted the limited edition badge to match my branding and within 5mins the wonderful Rossie had done it for me ! She actually designed 2 for me so I could choose. I’m so happy with it and would really recommend this app for your store. This is also all on the free plan so I imagine the paid one must be really worth it !

Great app to create labels and banners, easy to customize and re design to suit my website (www.qualityhairbylawlar.com) . Rossie has always been very helpful with my customizations- she goes above and beyond to ensure all my colors align and even offers suggestions as well.....thank you Rossie..

The app is easy to navigate and to set up. Gives a lot of possibilities to customize the look and placement of labels. Customer support is pretty quick and very helpful
