I was having technical difficulties and reached out to their customer service. I spoke with Julie and she was so pleasant and easy to work with. She reached out to me on the live chat relatively quickly and answered every one of my questions thoroughly and knowledgably. She even offered to assist me with things before I was able to ask for additional help.
