DRB GraphiX review for OPTIS Product Options, Variant

We run a store with complex made-to-order options: print base film, laminate finish, model and type selections, and paid add-ons such as pannier kits, windscreens and rim stickers, across 190 option sets for thousands of products. OPTIS handles all of it reliably, including per-option extra prices and required-field checks, and the selections carry through to the cart and orders correctly. What really stands out is the support team. Lin, Cassie, Katlyn and Hebe replied quickly and clearly, fixed a console error we reported, explained the Storefront V2 changes in detail, and scheduled our V2 migration at a time that suited us in Korea, with their dev team on standby and a rollback option. Highly recommended.
