I’ve had customers tell me they couldn’t add items to their cart—not the ones managed by the app, but I was able to add the items myself. I contacted a Shopify expert, and it turns out the Globo app was blocking items from being added to the cart. I disabled the app, and the issue was resolved immediately for the other items. I’ve now deleted the app, and they definitely need to improve it. It seems this issue had been happening for a few days, which explains why my sales dropped by about 30% since integrating the app. watch out to be risked
