The customer service team, particularly Mike, was very patient with my frustration as I tried to figure out the best way to display my products. Even though the back-and-forth can feel like a wait, they stayed with me until I was satisfied. Thanks!

Delighted with the technical support I received from Clara over the weekend. I had an issue with the add-on pricing for my product options that I reported late Friday night, and it was resolved by Sunday night. Excellent and prompt customer service.

Wow! After attempting to fix a code myself that strangely appeared on my cart page, I contacted Globo Chat live support. I was immediately connected to a wonderfully polite, and skilled technician. Rosie was very patient in helping me navigate to my Admin page. She fixed the problem in a jiffy and made me feel I was in good hands (on a Sunday evening, too!). Great job to the Globo team! I highly recommend using their "Chat live" to everyone in the Shopify online merchant community when a problem arises.

This was my first time using Globo and also my first webshop. I came across several issues my ends but the support team was fantastic especially Mike. He helped me and assisted through out the process. Also, shout out the the development team, amazing work!! 5 starts easily!! Now, everything that I want works smoothly. I'm very happy with this app and would definetely recommend it!

Our experience with Globo was beyond 5 star. We had an issue with products not showing up in the drop down menus so we clicked on the Chat Button, and within moments Mike and the rest of the Globo Team jumped on the problem and within an hour we got a email saying to try out the fix....VERY PROFESSIONAL Craig Savage Memory Glass
