This app is fantastic and user-friendly. Whenever I encounter any issues, the customer service team is always ready to guide me through the process. They are incredibly patient and hands-on, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. Every time I've interacted with Mike from their customer support, it's been a wonderful experience. He consistently ensures he's done everything possible to resolve the problem and is incredibly kind and professional.

So far our experience with the app is amazing! The set up was fast, and when I had a question and hit a snag, Rosie on the support team did it for me and made it effortless. She then offered to customize it and made it match our theme colors and text font and was done in 5 min!!! WOW. The free plan does everything we need. Wow I wish we'd switched from our paid app, or the free one that kept glitching ages ago. It wasn't even hard to switch.

This App has been very helpful, and we've been able to set up products with more complicated product options. Clara has been especially helpful in answering our questions.

I've been using Globo Product Options, Variant for my Shopify store for a while now. Setting it up was intuitive to me. It makes it easy to include add-ons and pricing all in one place. I did have issues with the conditional logic to show and hide options, so I contacted customer service. My issue was fixed within 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the service and how quickly my issue was resolved. Definitely worth it.
