AMAZING customer support... Had trouble setting up the app and getting it to match my website's theme correctly, but the support team was available to help me immediately (no waiting around) and solved my problem via the chat. I'm pleased that they offer a free plan that actually has the basic functionality you are looking for, and honestly the paid plan has great features if I am looking to upscale. The support team were super lovely and friendly too. Thank you!

Super application que je découvre ! Idéal pour moi qui ait des produits personnalisés ! Le petit plus : la personnalisation gratuite qui s'adapte au thème de ton site et qui est réalisée en 10 min top chrono par une personne via une demande sur le tchat de l'application !

Great App and Excellent Support by Rosie! I had complex requirements for product options and cart layout (grouping add-ons). Rosie from the support team was incredibly helpful and solved my issues quickly with custom coding. Now my cart looks professional and organized. I highly recommend this app and their support team!

I literally installed the app 20 Minutes ago and already configured out how it works. thats exactly what i expect from a high end shopify app integration. Then, i reached out to the support team, which was super fast, and Rosie helped me out with a special configuration on my store! she was super kind, impressively fast! i can recommend the app and the Team for 100%! J'utilise cette app sur ma boutique Shopify pour l'aspect personnalisation des articles (zone texte, liste dérouante, option de personnalisation avec supplément de prix...), elle me convient parfaitement. Many thanks, especially to Rosie! I only just discovered this app that allows adding multiple options, and I’ve already shared it with the rest of my team. There are some paid features I haven’t tried yet, but I’ll definitely keep using it to enhance my website!

I just installed the app First i tried this on my Dev account where it worked well than i installed it on our store where i found an issue of option not showing up for my product, but Mrs. Helen from the app team helped to fixed that issue in no time, i am really impress by the service keep the good work up Mrs. Helen
