The app is simple - but maybe too simple if you asking me. There is some very basic options there should be there but currently not possible. The support (Mike) are very helpfull by chatting. But google meetings its not an options for them. Expect when you chatting with them there are difference between costumer service and developer. Sometimes you need to wait a bit too long for an answer. If you need a really-really basic app this ok. But i will recommend to find another app.

price add on feature is broken. When I told them this they said it wasn't and it was working, but it's still broken. No one contacted me about it. Super frustrating. :/

I started using this app to offer engraving options on some of our products — and I honestly regret it. They claim that my Shopify theme is “special” and therefore not compatible, even though the Enterprise theme is widely used. When reporting issues, the support team rarely provides real solutions. The app often stops working without any changes on our side, things randomly reset, and orders are incorrectly flagged as if engraving was added when it wasn’t. Unfortunately, support just blames the setup instead of helping to fix the actual problems. Not a reliable app for professional stores.

Looks great on the surface but extremely inflexible compared to other product option apps I have used. Really regretting investing so much time implementing this app on the booking element of our site. Suggestions to their support team on what are quite simple implementations, and would make this app best in class are met with a "no we can't do that" from their support team. Back to the drawing board and finding another solution unfortunately.

v1 Started out being a great app, have set up my entire store using this app, but have had an ongoing issue with customers not being charged for extras that they should have been. After numerous lengthy sessions with support, it turns out that to rectify this I now have to reinstall v2 losing ALL my listings which will have to be remade from scratch, and all the things I have used in the free version are now classed as 'premium', and I'll have to pay for them. I have mno issue paying for apps when its clear from the outset, but it annoys me to use something for a year and then have everything change, I will lose DAYS having to reinstate all my listings, and have to pay for the pleasure too... time to look for a different app!

I installed and needed to keep upgrading to see what other features were available. The request I need isn't available after upgrading to show all the features. 15 days ago the request was sent to billing and ticket stayed there. Globo Product Options, be upfront about your features and limitations with product variants. Carrot on a stick to keep revealing features means I bypass Free 14 day window and commit to buying the subscription.

Stuck with this app for months trying to get it to work. Although tech team were available, they never truly gave me the time on endless chats to understand the problem and therefore it never functioned correctly. On to another app now.

I don’t know about the Paid Plan, but the Free Plan displays a large "powered by Globo Options App" in bold blue letters right under the personalization box. Looks spammy & unprofessional. If you’re going to use our site as an advertising billboard in such an obvious manner, we should be getting paid. Otherwise, make it discreet and tasteful so our customers don’t get turned off.

Required name field is not working since January... Even if you set the field as mandatory, the customer can enter the checkout without filling in the personalized names...
