I haven't gotten a chance to really use the app yet, which is why I can't give 5 stars. However, I did interact with customer service (Shout out to Rosie) whom was very responsive and helpful in correcting my website. Thank you!!

Customer service is exceptional. I had Steven and Helen helping me. They were super helpful and would get back to me very quickly with solutions.

We have been using this app for a few years now - it works exactly as described. There are some restrictions with the app, hence the 4-star review, but the support team deserves a full 5 stars for their effort! Well done.

Got superfast support from Helen, who found the issue and gave the the solution- Unfortunately the copy option gets messy with the add on cost so I had to redo them all, spending hours. Other than that, I ma happy with the app. Recommended.

Useful app for creating custom options within products. Henry was quick to address any issues we had with the setup. However, more support is needed for theme scheduling.

(Still testing, rating may change) Helped fix problem with the theme I'm using. Unsure if there will be more problem(s) (hopefully not), but their support is good so far. (Also happened to be same/similar time zone, so it works out better in my favor). If you want to know, they're based in Vietnam (or at least that's what the app store says). Current con that I found for now: -Option sets/globo cannot detect if product(s) are already used in another option set(s) or not. In this case, it will overwrite it with the latest option set. But said product will still be in the option sets that chose it.

Rosie was helpful! but the only issue that i wish would be changed is that we are allowed to use the same products on more than one option set.

I have explored several apps to assist with capturing user inputs on shopify and this app has performed the best. It offers the most flexibility in terms of the available options and it works well.

Ran into some bugs / issues and they were quick to respond and helped get everything working. Missing a couple of features like Sync All if the options get out of sync and a link to the option on the public page.

I find this app very useful, however it is hard to navigate. I have reached out to customer support numerous times and always been given a solution very promptly and accurately. If the customer support was not this good, I would steer clear as I have no experience with anything however they've always been available and very helpful
