Had an issue with options displaying as separate products in checkout page. Contacted support to get help. Was served by Helen. Helen resolved my issue I was having in in timely manner. She provided excellent service. I would recommend this app.

Globo’s support team was fantastic. I reached out regarding an issue affecting my website, and they responded immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly, and restored normal functionality in a very short time. Website downtime can directly impact sales, and they treated the situation with the urgency it deserved. Little Helen, in particular, was extra friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

The app is easy to use and does exactly what we need to allow customers to order customizable products. Support is also very quick to respond and fix any issues.

Very helpful customer service. Thank you Rosie for your patience and for helping me to resolve the bug. The app is also very good and integrate well with my store. Just a minor display bug was there and Rosie helped me very well. Very helpful app and good customer service. Recommended!

Unfortunately, this app caused a serious pricing issue across my entire Shopify store. Product prices were correct in the Shopify admin, but once the products went live, the prices were automatically changed and displayed higher on the storefront. This issue affected all products, not just a single one, and directly impacted live sales. There were no new apps installed and no external developers involved. After troubleshooting, the problem was immediately resolved once I disabled the Globo app, confirming that the app was the source of the issue. This kind of behavior is critical for any store and can easily lead to loss of customer trust and revenue. I would not recommend using this app unless you are prepared to closely monitor pricing on your live site.

We ran into an issue after installing another app, which ended up overriding some of the Globo App code. I reached out to support and Helen from the Globo team was incredibly quick to help, she identified and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. Really appreciated the fast and helpful support.
