Rosie at Globo helped us out with a massive problem and it was quick and simply also replied very quickly on the chat/inbox so I could get on with other tasks!

Had a slight issue with displaying a box, i contacted Globo and Steven replied to my site submission within 1 hr. A couple of emails later, and allowing Steven to access our site and all done. From initial contact to the job done no more than 2 hrs, fantastic support...

Service is fast and amazing. I had an issue with a personalization setting, and their interactive chat had me up and running in less than 30 minutes! Great experience so far!
