ich habe die App noch nicht wirklich ausprobiert, nur installiert, das ein richten war einfach, jedoch nicht das installieren, hier habe ich den Support benötigt. Der Support war super Freundlich und es wurde binnen weniger Minuten bearbeitet - Sehr zufrieden mit dem Service!

I've been using Globo for a few years and it just works. I did have an issue where I needed their assistance. I messaged them at the weekend and they came straight back to me saying they will take a look. Monday morning I had a message saying they found the problem (my problem as well, not a design issue). They sorted it for me, and followed up by asking me to double check. This is a company that is fast and responsive. I will be a long term client. Well done Clara & Steven, I appreciate your speedy help.

I have been using this app for around four months and I am really happy with how it works, it's given my customers more options and saved me endless hours of work, I recently contacted Globo to see if it was possible to adjust the widget to match the rest of my store, Clara replied very quickly and was very helpful, it was completed in no time at all. App updates are constantly wiping out custom data on my new orders, forcing me to cancel them. I am very disappointed that no effective solution has been offered to resolve this problem yet

Out of all the apps for product customization and extra variants, this one is in my top 3. Besides the wide variety of options it offers, it works perfectly, was very easy to implement in my store, and has excellent support.

This is a great App. Was able to save hours of work. Had a small issue and customer service, specifically Clara was able to solve the issue within a very short time.
