Rosie was absolutely outstanding! I had an issue with add-on pricing and reached out for support. I sent an email and also started a chat, it was 3:00 AM EST, so I didn’t expect anyone to be available. To my surprise, Rosie responded right away! From the very start, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. After we exchanged some photos and explained the issue, she quickly understood what was going on, accessed my website, and fixed everything on the spot. I was amazed at how fast and smooth the entire process was. I've used many apps and dealt with a lot of customer support teams, but Rosie provided the best experience I’ve ever had.
