It's a little annoying that you cannot update the scheme on your own without the help of customer service, but every time I've reached out to CS, they have been superb. Most recently, I had an issue with an option set not populating to a product and Helen resolved my issue quickly and was friendly and professional throughout the communication. I'm quite happy with Globo and will continue to use this for my personalization business.
