Had trouble setting up the app and getting it to match my website's theme correctly, but the support team was available to help me immediately (no waiting around) and solved my problem via the chat. I'm pleased that they offer a free plan that actually has the basic functionality you are looking for, and honestly the paid plan has great features if I am looking to upscale.
