Ok so I installed the app yesterday and let me tell you I’m not tech savvy at all... I spent the day trying to work it out and had to admit defeat... I sent an email to the support team and was contact very quickly. Paul, my knight in shining armour saved this damsel in distress. Seriously I felt like a dumbo but Paul fixed everything in just a few minutes! He even gave me a call to walk me through step by step instructions.
