Bokeh Dots review for SC Product Options

This app is essential to my business. I use it to list options for all the different products I sell. Not gonna lie, it has been a learning curve and I have had some issues. There are a lot of moving parts and certain Shopify features and themes don't integrate seamlessly with Product Options. With that being said, I asked for help and help I did receive. I was blown away by the customer service I received from MC. She personally addressed all my issues one by one. She walked me through how to fix things and had a dev take a look over my listings and make the necessary adjustments. She kept in constant contact with me through the entire process, even on a weekend. I can tell she truly cared and wanted to help me get things working and I really, really appreciate that. The app is now running smoother than ever. All along it has been exactly what I need so I'm very pleased to have it working properly. The swatches are beautiful. Just the right size to show the different prints and patterns. I love that I can keep track of inventory and up charge for premium options. This app is well worth the price for the time it saves me alone. It's fantastic. It's essential. And I love it.
