At first, I was very frustrated with the app because I couldn’t save anything — every change gave me an error. But the support team was incredibly patient and helpful. They contacted me quickly, sent videos, and guided me step by step. In the end, the issue was with my device. Once I switched to another laptop, everything worked perfectly. Thanks to their support, I can now use the app as intended.
