The 24/7 customer chat is extremely helpful when getting feedback as opposed to emailing and waiting for a response. I was very surprised how quickly they diagnosed and resolved an issue with the compatibility with my theme. My issue involved dynamic pricing on the product page and they tested, diagnosed and resolved the issue within a minute. They do try hard to provide good customer service.

I've been using Zepto for around 6 months or so now and initially my designer helped programme the products for me but, recently i've given it a go myself and although it was difficult to understand how everything works the support has been outstanding. Responses within a few minutes any time of the day and really helpful replies with photos and videos. Really good app for product building and it's allowed me to achieve a world first in BMX!
