We are still in the process of developing a print-on-demand site for our metal prints. We decided to go with Zepto for its user-friendly and intuitive interface that did not overwhelm the user with options. Recently, we came across a Zepto related situation our AI assistant (Claude, in this case) was unable to resolve and suggested we contact the team at Zepto directly. Not only did they write back immediately, the issue that we had was resolved within the hour. Even more impressive was the fact that they are 10 hours ahead of us so it was 4 in the morning at their end when our first email was sent. Much thanks to the entire team at Zepto including Muhtasim, Emon and all the others for a superbly designed app and for the even more impressive customer service!

Worst Shopify app I have ever used. I sell jewellery and have a charm necklace feature however customers have been able to order and are not being charged correctly for the charms, resulting in me loosing money with every sale that is made. Even after I contact their support team and was told the issue was fixed I received more orders that were still not being charged correctly. STAY AWAY from this app it is not with the trouble and there are plenty more options available. Such a waste of time and money

To clarify for other users, our team identified that the initial conflict was caused by a "Sticky Add to Cart" feature which we have fixed immediately. Once that was patched, we discovered a secondary conflict within your specific mobile theme settings that was overriding the app's logic when the order was placed from mobile device. While our app works perfectly with most themes, your specific theme used some uncommon patterns and a JavaScript conflict that interfered with the checkout process. and we have fixed it within a hour after we found the issue. Since those fixes, we can see your orders are now processing perfectly and in the live chat you have confirmed us that now the order issue is fixed.
