the app and support is ok. i do believe the agents try their best to help but in the time it takes them to answer your message you might figure out the issue yourself. also the answer doesnt always answer your question so you might have to elaborate to get your point across. there are a handful of youtube videos and a lot of documentations files that could be written better. also had to create multiple css scripts to achieve the look i wanted as they only have very basic and limited settings in their styling options. one good point is that they seem to have round clock support so if you cant figure something out they will gather details and send you a loom video on how to complete it. a bit of a learning curve for those who never done product personalization but this app isnt as complex as teeinblue which was more expensive and had west coast support hours (might not work for you if you're on the east cost. all in all not bad but i will be looking for an alternative
