Exceptional App & Outstanding Support ! Special Thanks to Erik Esparza I rarely leave reviews, but this app and the support team truly deserve it. I had a complex quiz setup with 35+ questions and needed advanced conditional logic, tag-based results, and a custom manual follow-up process. Not only does the app support all of that, it’s also user-friendly once you understand the structure. But what really impressed me was the customer support, especially Erik Esparza. He went above and beyond by personally recording a custom video tutorial to help me understand how to implement my logic properly. That level of care and responsiveness is rare and incredibly appreciated. If you’re looking for a powerful quiz builder with real human support behind it, this is the one. We needed a skincare quiz for our store, and RevenueHunt met our expectations. It includes pop-up and on page quizzes, unlimited questions on the quiz, and the workflow allows for conditional logic. Unlike other apps that we tested, the result pages can be further edited include additional images and instructions. The support team is fantastic (thank you Erik for helping us with our troubleshooting!) and replies in minutes. A very comprehensive app, we only wish it included MailerLite as email marketing integration, so we could customize the email responses, and add quiz subscribers to campaigns.

I just finished setting the quizz and the app already seems very promising ! A lot of cool features and pretty intuitive. Hi Georgina — thanks for the candid feedback and for sticking with us while we perfect the new “Built for Shopify” version. Good news: the hiccup with switching versions has been fixed. If you’d like to return to the legacy app (with all the integrations and features you’re used to) you can do it in one click: Shopify Admin → Apps → RevenueHunt Quizzes → “Downgrade to legacy app.” All your existing quizzes and data remain intact, and you can switch back to the new version anytime. If you ever need a hand—or want us to move you over ourselves—just email send us an email or start a chat inside the app. We’re here to make sure everything runs smoothly and to capture any features you’re missing so we can fast-track them into the upcoming release.
