I have been using this app for a while and I have to say I really like it. It is very logical built so it is very easy to use and when you get stuck there are a ton of tutorials which makes it really easy. I have used customer support twice and they have been super fast in responding and very detailed in their responses, so I have nothing but good to say about this app. 5* plus. Update, had to use support again today cause I could not find out how to solve the problem I had at hand. Started off with chatting to the AI and it did not really come up with a tangible solution that I could understand. All of a sudden the customer support came online and made a video how to solve my problem, super easy to understand and to the point. I stick with my 5* rating for this app.

Very helpful app! I built a product recommendation quiz, and the experience I got was much better than other apps I've used. When I got stuck with building the quiz, I contacted support and they got back to me instantly, via an online call, to resolve my questions, and give additional ecommerce tips regarding their app.

This is a powerful app that is flexible and where you can get really creative with your quiz. The support is absolutely best in class, the team responded to my queries quickly and even at weekends. They were creative with their solutions, and even helped me to add a bespoke element to the quiz. I am very impressed with the service, and would highly recommend. I love this quiz product. It's a powerful tool to engage with customers on site. Despite its technical complexity, it's not difficult to learn, there are many short video tutorials or more expansive help notes. Their online support was incredibly responsive and helped us tremendously to set up and get things moving. It's integration with Shopify is superb! Highly recommend.

I’ve never seen such dedicated support from a Shopify app team before. Even though the issue turned out to be with my Shopify theme (and not the app itself), the team still took the time to install my theme in their own test environment, investigate the problem, and identify the exact cause. I would 100% recommend this app! My theme made the quiz slow on loading, I took hours trying to figure it out myself what to do. I messaged support with my problems and Alex replied so fast with a loom video explaining what was going on and he fixed it for me! Customer service is top notch!
