PondStream review for Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

The performance of this app is simply unacceptable. The on-page widgets (star ratings and review widget) take an average of 10 seconds to load on the page.. and thats IF they even load at all. We have reached out to support multiple times to try and bring down this load time and to make sure the widgets load 100% of the time (this should be the bare minimum, honestly). We have not been able to get this fixed. For this reason we will be migrating away from Stamped. It's hard to justify spending $149+ per month on a review app that fails to even display reviews more than half the time.
