We have used Stamped for nearly seven years and, until recently, had very few problems. Unfortunately, in the last few months our review requests have stopped sending on three separate occasions. Each time, requests have built up in the pending queue and we have had to contact support. Support has then had to manually push the outstanding requests through, rather than the system continuing to send them as scheduled. The most recent time, we were told on 2 July that requests had started sending again. However, by 9 July there were 450 requests sitting in the pending queue, including requests scheduled from 2 July onwards. It therefore appears that the automated service either did not properly restart or stopped working again almost immediately. We are paying $199 a month for the Professional plan, so we expect such a fundamental part of the service to work reliably. As a small family-run business, customer reviews are extremely important to us, and repeatedly having to notice the problem ourselves and contact support is becoming a serious issue. I genuinely hope Stamped can identify the cause and put a permanent fix in place, as we have used the platform for many years and would prefer to continue doing so. However, we cannot continue paying $199 a month for a service that repeatedly stops working and requires manual intervention. Unless the issue is properly resolved, we will have to consider moving to another provider.
Stamped is very useful for our website and they are helping us very quickly when wa ask for help (custom section on our pages)
We've been using Stamped for Berberorugs and the experience has been excellent so far. The platform is clean, reliable, and easy to use, but what really stands out is the support team. Elvis and the team have always been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for a solid reviews solution.
Non existent customer service. You guys charge $23 for customers to even use your app, and you couldn't hire a few cs agent??
Sorry to hear you had trouble getting support. We definitely want merchants to be able to reach us quickly when issues come up. We weren’t able to locate a conversation associated with this, but our team is available through the in-app chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the app, as well as by email at [email protected]. Super buggy app. I couldn't even choose a paid plan and customer service does not reply in a day. It's a paid app and no service. Judge me, loox, you name it, have instant customer support...avoid this app at all cost
This app is buggy, slow and I cannot get any help from customer support to export all my reviews to a .csv file. The only option is to have customer support do it but I reached out three times with no reply. Someone please reply so I can get this .csv file.
The support from Stamped is outstanding! The two team members I dealt with were professional and friendly and above all, fast. My reviews "disappeared" from my website and as a non-advanced user I couldn't work out how to restore them and had to request help. The response was instant and the reviews were up again overnight.
Anthony Roberts was incredibly helpful and fast. He fixed my issue quickly and made sure everything was working properly on my store. The app itself is very easy to use, and the support team really goes above and beyond. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they provide. Highly recommend!
The customer service on this app is super slow and outdated. I've tried to contact them to resolve an integration issue for days, and it's not going anywhere because they reply via email and not through their chat. Their chatbot only generates AI responses which isn't helpful!!!
