Charged after uninstalling the app -- I uninstalled Stamped on October 5, 2026, after migrating to Judge.me, but Stamped later charged my bank card directly. Only then did I learn that, because my billing was outside Shopify, uninstalling the app did not cancel the plan. This distinction was not clear during the uninstallation process. A merchant should not have to pay for an app they removed and no longer use. I have contacted Stamped to request a refund and written confirmation that my account has been cancelled and my payment method removed. Warning to other merchants: if Stamped bills you outside Shopify, cancel the plan inside Stamped before uninstalling the app.
