We've been using Stamped for Berberorugs and the experience has been excellent so far. The platform is clean, reliable, and easy to use, but what really stands out is the support team. Elvis and the team have always been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for a solid reviews solution.

Non existent customer service. You guys charge $23 for customers to even use your app, and you couldn't hire a few cs agent??

We weren’t able to locate a conversation associated with this, but our team is available through the in-app chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the app, as well as by email at [email protected]. This app is buggy, slow and I cannot get any help from customer support to export all my reviews to a .csv file. The only option is to have customer support do it but I reached out three times with no reply. Someone please reply so I can get this .csv file.

The support from Stamped is outstanding! The two team members I dealt with were professional and friendly and above all, fast. My reviews "disappeared" from my website and as a non-advanced user I couldn't work out how to restore them and had to request help. The response was instant and the reviews were up again overnight.
