Charged after uninstalling the app -- I uninstalled Stamped on October 5, 2026, after migrating to Judge.me, but Stamped later charged my bank card directly. Only then did I learn that, because my billing was outside Shopify, uninstalling the app did not cancel the plan. This distinction was not clear during the uninstallation process. A merchant should not have to pay for an app they removed and no longer use. I have contacted Stamped to request a refund and written confirmation that my account has been cancelled and my payment method removed. Warning to other merchants: if Stamped bills you outside Shopify, cancel the plan inside Stamped before uninstalling the app.

The support team at Stamped has been outstanding. Whenever we’ve run into something (theme updates, widget display issues, or migration questions), they respond quickly and actually dig in to fix it instead of giving generic replies. A few times they’ve gone further than expected—checking code on our store, adjusting things to match our branding, and following up until it was fully resolved. It’s rare to get that level of hands-on help from an app, and it makes a real difference when you’re relying on reviews to run smoothly. Highly recommend them based on the support alone.

Great app with lots of functionalities, widgets and integrations, now much better than loox in our opinion. Eslam is their most efficient employee, he helped us a lot. Recommended.

Contacted support and received a reply from Joel who worked out the issues and solved the problem for us. Feedback was great and the fix was quick.

Anthony at Stamped.io was extremely quick and very diligent in sorting the problem. I gave overnight access to my site and when I awoke in the morning to my delight the problem was resolved. Thank you
