Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

Stamped is very useful for our website and they are helping us very quickly when wa ask for help (custom section on our pages)
We've been using Stamped for Berberorugs and the experience has been excellent so far. The platform is clean, reliable, and easy to use, but what really stands out is the support team. Elvis and the team have always been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for a solid reviews solution.
Non existent customer service. You guys charge $23 for customers to even use your app, and you couldn't hire a few cs agent??
Sorry to hear you had trouble getting support. We definitely want merchants to be able to reach us quickly when issues come up. We weren’t able to locate a conversation associated with this, but our team is available through the in-app chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the app, as well as by email at [email protected]. If you reach out there, we’d be happy to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This app is buggy, slow and I cannot get any help from customer support to export all my reviews to a .csv file. The only option is to have customer support do it but I reached out three times with no reply. Someone please reply so I can get this .csv file.
