Lots of features for what you pay. More than any other platform that we researched. Elvis and Bryan from their support team are awesome, responsive and always happy to assist. The app itself is buggy at times, often need to hard refresh or log out and back in to get some page views to show data. We use Chrome and Edge.

We are pleased with Stamped Product Reviews. It was easy to set up and adds so much value to our site. It was very slow when we started but they have released some updates that have improved the speed a lot. Their support team are very responsive and they have a proactive account team who reach out to help as well.

Great app, been using for a couple of years, recently - a very helpful migration of all my stamped reviews from magento to shopify taken care of by stamped support.

Stamped has been a solid app to work with overall. My only compliant was when we were trying to get our Google Seller Ratings completed...their documentation was incorrect, but their team stepped up and helped us get it all worked out.

Stamped is a good product. We used it for a long time for free and recently upgraded to a paid plan. Support is good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that users can't update their reviews if they change their mind. We reach out to people that leave less than 4-star reviews. In some cases, people decide to update their review, but there's no way for them to do that.

Some great functionality offered, and it's great when it actually does what it says it will do. Customer service has improved hugely since I last reviewed this app two years ago, and is incredibly helpful. Which has led me to up my rating from 2 to 4 stars. However, a few pieces of functionality that were promised still haven't been delivered, for example enabling more usable ways to select items for groups so they're automatic rather than need to be manually added is a must have and I've now waited two years.

We've run into some technical problems here and there with the app, but support has been great and they are quick to reply/resolve.

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and was able to fix the issue I was having in a very timely manner. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it and you've made my life much easier. We used to be able to scroll through reviews, which made it super easy to view and manage all of our reviews and somehow that is no longer possible. It makes it extremely difficult to manage anything and makes me very frustrated as we have a lot of reviews to manage and scrolling up and down the main page is so time consuming. Support said they would consider my request to implement a scroll bar but it was there before, so why get rid of it if it makes our lives easier?

Good app, one think not easy to make it compliant with google there is a weird st up too. But easy to use and good for customers.
