Tommy is superhuman! Stamped.io's customer support is insanely good. I'd shoot him an email with a request, make a cup of coffee and by the time I returned to my computer the modification was already done! It feels like we have a dedicated staff member. #respect We are just scratching the surface of the app's full functionality, but so far we are beyond happy. Full disclosure: We'd been using Yotpo for almost five years before switching. I must say that everyone at Yotpo has been wonderful. But as a small business we could not justify investing such a large amount for specific upgrades without knowing the ROI. Stamped.io provides the functionality we need at a justifiable price point.
