i emailed yotpo to give them a chance before i walked away but they never replied. So i emailed these guys after hearing great things, went to bed, woke up and the change over was done. customer service is spot on (im on the higher plan not sure if that makes a difference) Yotpo can go jump. same price for 6 times more orders processed and more flexibility and better customer service, very happy
