What I enjoyed: 1. The support: the support is simply phenomenal. They do a great job helping you with your request. I was really satisfied with the level of care I received. I think customer support is super important because when adding a new app there are often times a learning curve. The supporting staff makes that learning curve easier to climb. 2. The instagram curation and check-out micro-reviews are huge for our store because right away we were able to gather user generated contents since we have a crowd on Instagram. What I did not enjoy: It's not necessarily what I did not enjoy, but rather what could be improved. 1. It will be helpful to have a video conference / training session from the support team. It will speed up the onboard process since sometimes issues are just easier to express over video or screen share. 2. I think the layout builder could be a little better or have more feature. For instance, the reward reply email didn't have the option to add in the company address. I contacted the support team to put it in. To me it's important because every email should comply with CAN-SPAM Law. 3. Having a UI where user can input their own pre-header would be nice since those things can improve open rate. Again, these are features that are nice to have since they are available in Klaviyo (we use Klaviyo as our ESP), but from development point maybe it's difficult? Overall it's still an easy5 stars because I respect companies that devote their time in their customer support. Lots of softwares and tools now can do the same thing, but when it comes down to it, who can provide the best support is the difference maker to me.
