It's so nice to automate requesting reviews from our customers - saving us so much time! UPDATE TO OUR ORIGINAL REVIEW - Adding excellent customer service as a 5 star review. Based on our original review (listed below) the feedback from the Stamped.io Team showed us that they did have the capability we were hoping for. Just updated our setting and are even happier with this app. And we are using the FREE option. NICE JOB! Original review: It's so nice to automate requesting reviews from our customers - saving us so much time! Our only suggestion would be if we could have the first item in the e-mail be for the most expensive item in the order or from a ranking of collections that could specify... Most of our customers create a review for the first item listed in the e-mail and don't go back to review the rest of the items. (Not the apps fault we know but it is the result we see.) We sell children's special occasion clothing and customers end up writing a review for the $7.95 pair of socks rather than the $100 First Communion dress...
