The reps have been tremendous help. The app is working great so far, and we are getting lots of reviews. My only suggestion would be to have an initial onboarding call with your new customers to go over set up and answer any question they may have, as the initial process can be a little intimidating until you get it figured out. Our support provides a 12-hour guarantee in replying to all queries regardless of the level of plan, and most queries will be attended to within the first few hours.
