I had an issue with the star rating not showing on my page, and the Appio support team responded extremely quickly. Amy was very patient, friendly, and efficient in diagnosing the problem and helping me fix it. The problem was completely solved within a short time, and the communication throughout the process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend this app—not only for its functionality, but especially for the excellent customer support!

Einfach zu bedienen. Der Service ist sehr gut. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Importieren von Bewertungen per csv-Datei. Mir wurde schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmals. (It is easy to use. The service is very good. I had a problem with the import from a spreadsheet in csv format. They helped me and solved my problem quickly. I recommend to use the App.)

I have been using them and found good till recently they stopped supporting direct import of reviews from Amazon.in. They are asking us to export and import reviews and for that they are asking separate package to import. Its very very disappointing. Now, I am finding way to switch to other.

We’ve been using Appio Product Reviews and it has made a noticeable difference in customer trust and conversions. its really a amazing for low cost to add to our pages to improve trust with our customers on reviews and i added so many review with no costs on first then i trust to shifted to upgrade plan
