Support is not good. We have emailed twice, and never received a response. The app is ok, sometimes it doesn't pull reviews for all of our products. Also, there is no way to export reviews.

We wonder if it's possible that our latest replies may have been filtered into your Spam/Junk folder, as we did send responses to both of your recent support conversations. Regarding the issue you reported previously, our team resolved it and sent you follow-up notifications once the fixes were completed. Regarding review exports, whenever we receive an export request, we always prepare and send the export file right away. We remain happy to do so whenever you need another export in the future. You can't export the reviews. Which means if you're going to other app for collecting reviews as this one doesn't have the function for native emails and beside that they are 0.001% converting to a review so simple. Don't recommend this app

The app does not import 100 reviews as it says it will. It mostly imports 10-20 reviews on average. Then the app also does not update any new reviews after the initial import. It does not sync any new reviews. Even when you do it manually the app does not import any new reviews. Then there is no direct integration with Google Merchant Center for Google Shopping and Google Listings. You have to do it manually through another app.
