Support is not good. We have emailed twice, and never received a response. The app is ok, sometimes it doesn't pull reviews for all of our products. Also, there is no way to export reviews.

We wonder if it's possible that our latest replies may have been filtered into your Spam/Junk folder, as we did send responses to both of your recent support conversations. Regarding the issue you reported previously, our team resolved it and sent you follow-up notifications once the fixes were completed. Regarding review exports, whenever we receive an export request, we always prepare and send the export file right away. We remain happy to do so whenever you need another export in the future. I've been looking for a solution to share my amazon real customer reviews on my Shopify, and none of it works well with my theme. Appio works perfectly and easy to install. Perfectly embedded my Shopify. Love it!!!
Great App. Lets us synchronize our amazon reviews with shopify only via a URL. So efficient and much easier then all the manual tools with CSV export. Such a gamechanger. Also great customer service. I spotted a technical error and the bug was solved within one day.
