I agree with the review below. I've been using this app for years, but unfortunately, it has become increasingly frustrating. Reviews no longer appear on collection pages, customers can't submit their own reviews because they keep getting error messages, and I can no longer upload reviews via Excel. After years of using this app, I now feel forced to switch to a different review platform. It's really disappointing, especially since migrating everything will cost me a significant amount of time and effort.

Regarding the file import issue, we checked the imported reviews on our side and confirmed that the reviews we investigated had been imported successfully. We also shared screenshots to help clarify the results. In some cases, finding reviews for a specific product in Manage Reviews requires using the product filter rather than the general search bar. As for the review submission errors and reviews not appearing on collection pages, we're sorry we couldn't complete our investigation before troubleshooting was interrupted. best ever review app for an online store, easy to use easy to handle.
I've been looking for a solution to share my amazon real customer reviews on my Shopify, and none of it works well with my theme. Appio works perfectly and easy to install. Perfectly embedded my Shopify. Love it!!!
Great App. Lets us synchronize our amazon reviews with shopify only via a URL. So efficient and much easier then all the manual tools with CSV export. Such a gamechanger. Also great customer service. I spotted a technical error and the bug was solved within one day.

such a lovely review app , so much easy to use
I had an issue with the star rating not showing on my page, and the Appio support team responded extremely quickly. Amy was very patient, friendly, and efficient in diagnosing the problem and helping me fix it. Importing reviews from Amazon is such a breeze with this app!
The app has lots of issues these days. Star Ratings do not appear on home/collection page. Ratings appear very slow on product page almost when a customer has scrolled down. Amazon import gets very slow or stopped in between.
